No 5545687) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Kendon Packaging Group plc and we are pleased to confirm that on May 1st 2009 Kendon Flexocare Ltd completed the acquisition of the intellectual property and tangible assets of Marland Ltd from the administrator, Begbies Traynor.
